To any of the state judges, or any licensed minister of the gospel or any justice of the peace of the said court:
Know ye, that you are hereby authorized and licensed to join in the bonds of matrimony, Isaac N B Brewer and Rebecca Purser. Given under my hand and the seal of the said court, this the 30th day of September A.D 1879.
The state of Alabama Lauderdale Co} I hereby certify that on the 5th day of October A.D 1879, I solemnized the rites of matrimony between IN. B Brewer and Rebecca Purser at Brains father in said county. Witness this 8th day of October. Charles Hines.

Know all men by these presents, that we, Isaac N. B Brewer and N. Rice are held and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama in the penal sum of two hundred dollars, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and each and every of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated the 30th day of Sept. AD one thousand eight hundred and seventy -nine. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas, the above bound Isaac N B Brewer has obtained license to intermarry and be joined in the bonds of matrimony with Rebecca Percer now, if there be not lawful cause why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. Taken and approved 30th day of Sept A.D 1879. J. W. Wood JP.

Know all men, That we Samuel Todd & Samuel Daily Of the county of Davidson, and the state of Tennessee, are held and firmly bound unto the governor of the said state, for the time being in the sum of 1250 dollars, to be paid to his said excellency, his successors in office, or assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, and each and every of us and them, both jointly and severally, and firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals this 25th day of July 1810
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas Samuel Todd Hath prayed and obtained a license to marry Nancy Newton
Now if the said Nancy Newton be an actual resident in the aforesaid county, and there shall not hereafter appear any lawful cause why the said Samuel Todd & Nancy Newton should not be joined together in Holy Matrimony, as husband and wife, then this obligation to be void and of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
